Who am I?

I’m Hayden. Just another fantasy and science-fiction writer from London who likes to make stories that people sometimes like to read. My worlds and universes are usually vast and contain many stories inside them, with connected plots, and shared things that writers may notice across them.

This site is a mixture of my journal, official rant platform, or place I write short pieces that you can get in your email. Occasionally I may put out work-in-progress chapters for subscribers to read, or even a full short story, but my purchase links to books etc are all linked.

People like to be able to eat of course.

Sometimes I’ll add subscriber presents like illustrations I’ve had commissioned, maps, deep dives on species, characters, or worlds that give you a really good idea of what I originally intended, versus what you imagine it to be like too.

I really do hope you enjoy something here. Of course, you’re not going to fall in love with every single word I write, but if you really get something, then please let me know. Even just a like is enough to show what’s worked.
