Who am I?

I’m Hayden. I write science-fiction and fantasy stories that fit within large universes and series, including ‘Chronicles of Mana’, and my science-fiction series which is debuting in 2026, ‘Starlight.’

The site that you’re on is a mix of my personal blog where I speak about a multitude of things, to updates and information on my books, to talks about commercial and corporate things such as my career in marketing and public relations. I’ve separated things out so that different newsletters scratch different itches, so you should be able to choose what you receive if you don’t want to read everything.

If something you read on here resonates with you there are a number of ways you can show appreciation. There’s the free subscription level, paid, donations, or just good old fashioned encouragement via comments and sharing my work. Everything helps no matter if it’s free or not, so don’t feel as though you have to pay me a thing. Only pay for what you enjoy.

People like to be able to eat of course.

Outside of fiction I work in marketing and public relations on a freelance basis. It’s been interesting working for big brands, large campaigns, or writing copy for things you may have read in the paper. I enjoy writing for different audiences.
